In the Accessible Information Request, the facts, reasons, and request must be clearly specified, allowing it to be established that it is a reasonable and legitimate request.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

If, after submitting a request for accessible information or a complaint, it has been rejected, you disagree with the decision made, or the response does not meet the requirements set out in article 12.5 of RD 1112/2018, the interested party may lodge a claim. A claim can also be lodged if no response is received.
